Does your blood type have an effect on high blood
pressure?
High blood pressure can be attributed to many things.
According to many studies, 33% of all adults in the US have high blood pressure.
On the other hand, less than 1/3 of these people
are not aware that they have high blood pressure!
Some people are even talking about something which
can be considered a fad. That is, eating a diet based on your blood type to help reduce high blood pressure.
There are 4 blood types. They are "A",
"B", "AB" and "O" types. Some blood types are associated more frequently with
high blood pressure than others.
Whether or not eating right to match your blood
type is effective is yet to be determined. As you know, there are studies out there that can prove or disprove
virtually any theory about high blood pressure.
